I signed up to take a two week online class with Tim Holtz starting March 19, 2012. We're on to day 3 as I write this and even though I'm very familiar and comfortable using Tim's and Ranger products, I'm still picking up tips and ideas. So, as far as I'm concerned it's money well spent. And I have access to the class and video for "Life".

Day 1 covered a spreadsheet you use to identify the different properties of product you may have at home, plus the Ranger products. Whether it be die ink, pigment ink, solvent ink, the carrier used for the different inks, water based, waterproof etc etc. Also covered a bit about the different substrates to use, watercolor paper, Specialty paper, glossy paper, vellum, sticky backed canvas, and the list continues...

The web pages I'll be uploading are not really tutorials, but the samples I have made myself, using the techniques learned each day. Some will be very similar to what Tim did and some may be quite different depending on my mood that day.

June 1, 2016: a refresher of both the TH #101 class and #102 class gearing up to - you guessed it TH #103 coming in August.
