I'll be teaching this one sheet fold structure for cards at the next Paper Pastimes Pop Up store  July 24, 2016. Due to time constraints, it will only be the fold structure and embellishing.

The fold is constructed from a square piece of paper using a basic fold structure which I altered to create my own structure. For more details come join me in class... See more samples HERE & HERE

I'm using a brand new (not available yet...) and a previous release "A Way With Words" dies "Brrr" &  "Merry Christmas", from Elizabeth Craft Designs designed by Suzanne Cannon (also available HERE (coming soon) & HERE).  

I side folded my lavender card. Embossed a white piece of cardstock using Darice "Snowflake Trim" embossing folder. Inked edges with Distress "Dusty Concord". Adhered a piece of blue/silver variegated Sari Ribbon and tied a double loop bow. Adhered the embossed piece of my card front.

Die cut the Merry Christmas from white cardstock. Painted with Distress acrylic daubers using "Blueprint Sketch" and then swiping lightly with "Picket Fence". Dried and applied Versamark all over and embossed with "Psychedelic" embossing powder. Adhered to card front. Added some light blue rhinestones.

I'm using more of my patterned scrapbook papers... in this case a marbled style to create the fold structure.

Die cut the snowflakes (Impression Obsession "Large Snowflake" then created and electronically cut a shadow layer. Sponged "Tumbled Glass" on one side and used the pad direct to paper on the other side. On the die cut snowflake, inked with Versamark and embossed with the psychedelic embossing powder. Adhered to the deeper blue side of the shadow layer.

The quotes were stamped with the "Blueprint Sketch" and clear embossed. (see pic above)

Created some tags for the rectangular pockets from white cardstock adding a die cut circle as a pull tab.

Stamped the various snowflakes all over the inside using Versamark and embossing with either the Psychedelic, Star Dust or White Gold embossing powder.

Added some words (Baby it's cold out here" & Warm Winter Wishes") using Elizabeth Craft Designs "Alphabet Die sets" cut from white cardstock and edges sponged with the dark blue.

Adhered booklet to card.

Die cut the "Brrr" from white cardstock, colored with the acrylic daubers blue and swiped the white , dried, inked the word only with Versamark and embossed with the psychedelic, applied Stickles "Picket Fence" glitter on the snowflake..
