The sign in page (actual I've got 3 pages) I think is self explanitory. Each person when finished their spread, should sign in on this page in whatever style they choose, be it with a tag, artwork, calligraphy, rubber stamping, etc etc. They should include their name, date, e-mail address, and area they live in, and whatever else they feel like putting there. 

I used a black micron pen and colored pencils for the title with a few zentangle patterns thrown in... I cut out little black squares for my name and designed them like scrabble tiles. I have a passion for scrabble.
