This is the 4th day of the online watercolor for cards class

This time I'm using an oldie but goodie stamp from  Quietfire Design.

 Creative Watercoloring technique with Julie Ebersole She used a butterfly die...

I stamped onto my white side folded card using the eraser part of a pencil and Distress inks on an acrylic block. Then misted lightly with water to soften the colors.

Used a Marianne Design flower die and my hard rubber mallet so that I could cut shy of the center portion which would have cut my flower completely out of the card... Used a pencil to roll each petal to make them stand out from the card. Added the large pink rhinestone.

Stamped the quote with Versafine Black Onyx. Used Distress markers to create the linear background at the bottom.

Inked a heart I had on my desk with red and embossed with pearlescent embossing powder, then adhered over the heart of the quote. Used a micron pen to outline the heart.
