I signed up for another of Jennifer Mcguire's onLine classes. I was in a little slump and wanted some inspiration... I'm getting plenty of that in the first day. Sheesh. I haven't been up this late in eons... Feels good.

I'm using an A Way With Words dies "Hello", "Friend" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE & HERE

And using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design, 

("The Music In My Heart"); 

I cut a heart (Spellbinders "Classic Heart" set) and used the negative heart as a stencil. (the technique was shown as using the heart as a mask...)

I worked on 110# Staples brand white cardstock, blending using a round sponge and Distress pads (starting with Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Lucky Clover, Broken China, Wilted Violet). Trimmed down. Adhered to front.

On the floor:  Die cut the "Hello Friend" from another piece of rainbow background, inking with Versamark and clear embossing.

Adhered a couple piece of ribbon (2 tone green - available at QuietfireDesign.ca) to the floor and then adhered my word die cuts.

Raided my stash and adhered some roses (Die-Namics Heirloom Hybrid rose)
