I've been watching and playing along with Tim Holtz Saturday Facebook Live demos. Lots of fun... One of these uses a Grunge technique and the other a texture paste, although I used glass bead texture instead of Tim's texture.... I love the glass bead texture.

Wrote in my words using a Zebra G nib and Sumi ink in a Copperplate style. Adhered to a green top fold card. Added some dogwood blooms from my stash as well as a die cut textured butterfly. Added some Perfect Pearls "Buttercup" dots to the flower centers.

Words: Friends are the best medicine.

On the inside:

On the rest of the tag wrote out the words as for the front.

Words: Because of you I laugh a little harder, cry a little less and smile a lot more.

Size: 4.25"w x 5.5"h

Applied Golden Glass Bead paste through Tim's "Floral" stencil on 110# white Staples cardstock. Let dry then sponged various Distress pad colors.

Wrote in my words in a funky style using a Zebra G nib and blue watercolor (which bled a bit - sigh)
