It was one of those Penny Black demos I was showing the gals how I create my images... and of course landed up with a bunch of images ready for card making BIG GRIN. PS you can see the blue poinsettia HERE

I'm using an A Way With Words dies "Season's Greetings"  from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using sentiment stamps from Quietfire Design.

("International Merry Christmas" 6pce set)

I used Tim's Stamping Platform, Arches HP 110# watercolor paper and a Penny Black stamp ("Scarlet Majesty"), Distress mini pads, a mini mister and a paintbrush. Inking and re-inking the stamp to get the saturation I wanted. Dried the flower thoroughly, then painted the background. Added Liquid Pearls yellow dots in the flower center. When dry, added dots with a sharpie pen.

Die cut the border on the right hand side using Creative Expressions "Poinsettia & Holly Gemini" set. Adhered to front.

Stamped the sentiments using Versafine "Olympia Green" and embossing with Emerald Creek "Yuletide" embossing powder.

Added a mid sized rhinestone to the poinsettia center. 

On the floor: Cut another border piece and adhered to left side. Used a hot glue tool and adhered my pearl ribbon. Added the rhinestone.

Die cut the "Season's Greetings" from white cardstock, inked with the green and embossed with the Yuletide embossing powder.

Cut, scored and adhered a foot to the floor to act as my stopper.
