Continuing on with the expanded pigment technique mentioned on a previous card which you can see HERE  that I was recently steered to, a technique I haven't tried yet using Versamark stamp pad and pigment powders... and gave it a whirl BIG GRIN 

I'm using a quote and sentiment stamp from Quietfire Design

("Ten Tiny Tag Sentiments" 10pce set); ("For The Rest Of My Life...") 

on 110# white cardstock

I inked the stamp (Penny Black "The Unfolding") with Versamark and carefully sprinkled the Color Burst pigments onto the stamp. Used a Perfect Pearls soft bristle brush to pounce the colors (like a makeup blush brush). NOTE: Do not swirl or smudge the pigments. Misted with water and stamped.

NOTE: not too much water or you'll just get a very watery undetailed look. Die cut using Spellbinders Oval die set. Added some colored pencil faux stitching.

Scored and folded my white cardstock. and ran through my embossing machine using Sizzix "Flourishing" embossing folder. Hit the high points with Distress "Victorian Velvet".

Die cut 2 more ovals one from an Oxide background and the other from a deep purple cardstock, each a bit larger than the previous one and adhered together using 3D foam tape. The adhered to front.

Stamped the "with Sympathy" using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Added a small piece of Sari ribbon

Inside: Inked the same Penny Black stamp using Distress pads this time, misted with water and stamped.

Stamped the quote with the black and clear embossed.
