I'm using an A Way With Words die "Celebrate" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm using one of the newest quote stamps and a sentiment stamp from Quietfire Design.

("The Greatest Revelation"); ("Twirl and Enjoy" 3pce set)

Cut the filigree border with my electronic cutter, adding a central rectangle shape. Masked the center piece and inked the filigree borders with Versamark and embossed with Emerald Creek "Glacier White" embossing powder.

Stamped the quote using Versafine "Majestic Blue" and clear embossed.

Created the flowers from Color Burst decorated cardstock. Cut with my electronic cutter a whole whack of small oval shapes. Tooled them by run them over a this dowel shape to give them a 3D effect. Adhered them to a small punched circle. Added Prills to the centers.

On the floor: 

On white cardstock, stamped the flower (Penny Black "Bejeweled") using my Misti and the Color Burst stamping technique. (you can see the instructions HERE). Trimmed the cardstock.

Die cut the "Celebrate from a light blue cardstock.

Stamped the sentiment using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Adhered the white cardstock to a deep blue, then onto the floor.

Final touch adhered a piece of lace ribbon to act as my stopper.
