This is a pre bought puzzle heart which we decorated and then put into the little silk baggie to either tie onto a card or just give as is.

We distress it with stamp pads, then rubber stamped the floral images with Tapestry stamps. I added the "Friends are kept forever in the heart" using a rubber stamp and chalk stamp pad then shadowing each letter with a black micron pen. I used a greens tamp pad for the edge of the heart. 

The tags on the baggie are just punched out puzzle shapes either glued on or seen through. A paper rose is glue dotted tot he gold card and everything is attached with a pink safety pin.
