I used Columbia Mills, Cream Toned Folio end sheets for this envelope. Love this graphic stamp and I've been itching to use it. I don't have that many male envelopes to make, so this was a nice change. The blue background is done with Pan pastels. I protected the horizontal line, which was still white, and sprayed the pastels with workable fixative. Let that dry, then removed the protection, then started coloring the vertical area, then the horizontal area both with Prisma colored pencils and my Lyra Blender Pencil.  Lettering is done with a black Micron pen and Zig Writer, then I accented the large black dots with a white Ranger Inkssential pen.
