I used Columbia Mills, Cream Toned Folio end sheets for this envelope. These two postage stamps are another set of beauties that I really like. Love the colors in them. I used Pan pstels to color the background, then erased my lines for writing. Used Prisma colored pencils for the lettering. Then speckled the envelope using white gouache and shadowing the spots with a blue colored pencil. I sprayed this envelope with Krylon workable fixative. I then added some holographic Peel Off stars.
