Again I came across something that inspired me and which I haven't done in ages... masked off lines and w/c painted. and that's how it began. When the painting was done I didn't know in what direction to go in next...So some of my friends threw out words and I latched on to one of the, Google'd quotes about it and this is the result...
On Fabriano 1264 CP W/C paper. masked off my design and the large inner rectangle. Painted with Winsor Newton Gold Ochre and Permanent Alizarin Crimson. Created a bunch of little strips with various doodles to see which I would like best... Wrote in the quote using a Juice Up brown pen. Drew out the central word in my funky style and painted with the same colors.
