- Orange - Fruit Names Created my project on w/c Canal Paper St Armand. Wet the paper and dropped in Yasutomo Vermillion ink, then blotted up some of the really wet spots. Drew out the letters then outlined with a Juice Up pen. Shadowed with a Sharpie then added the white with Bleed Proof white and a pointed Zebra nib. words: clementine, orange, mandarin, tangelo, tangerine |

- Orange - Fruit Names (reject...) I created this one and put the word "orange" twice so had to cut it out and put the right word "tangerine". So this was photo-shopped to merge everything together... and I decided to reject it... Created my project on scrap paper, then transferred the letters to my gelly printed paper and cut out the thick portions. Adhered to my orange cardstock using the cut out negative portion of the lettering to position the thick pieces. Used a Juice Up pen to add the thin lines of the letters. words: clementine, orange, mandarin, tangelo, tangerine

ID: wk 43 - Same Quote - Apparently On Canson Mixed Media paper penned my large letters in my Uncial style using I think a pen I got from Betty Locke loaded with a lot of water, sprayed Brusho Ost Red powder into the water, then sprinkled a bit of walnut crystals and then a bit of Neuberg Ebel gold powder (hard to see the gold in the image - sigh). When dry shadowed with a gold Unibal gel pen. Rest of quote written with a Juice up pen in Blue Rider Typeface. words: Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today. Mark Twain |
