Lynn Slevinsky Class - "Floral Tag - Happy Birthday"
|Size: 4.75"w x
The main card is a white value cardstock. The mauve pearlized cardstock was run through a Culltlebug with a text embossing folder. We rubbed it with Metallic Rub On's and then with a very, very fine sandpaper rubbed some of it off. The marble paper is purchased. Both are adhered to the card butting edges at around a 1/3 of the way up. Punched a hole in the aqua cardstock and threaded some ribbons. the black cardstock was corner punched to hold the decorative floral piece. The floral piece was a plain black cardstock, heavily sprayed with hair spray and Pearl Ex powders sprinkled randomly (4 colors of pinks, mauve & green), then moved around with a brush and left to dry. Stamped the flower with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. It's also tacked to the black corner punched cardstock so it doesn't fall out. The "Happy Birthday" is one of my Peel Off calligraphy designs under the label of "Elizabeth Craft Designs". It's put onto a piece of vellum and attached to the card with two diamond brads.
