I created the background on white cardstock using a cotton ball and (Violet & Bright Yellow Green Shade) then wiping with a Kleenex tissue, deckled edged the cardstock and then going over the edges with more color. I used Krylon Workable Fixative to set my pastels.

I rubber stamped the bamboo (All Night Media #3655) with a gold pigment stamp pad and a mix of Emerald Green & Queen's Gold embossing powder. Went over some of the leaves with a  Tombow watercolor marker. The Oriental word was done only with the Queen's Gold. Mounted it to a burgundy cardstock.

Used the same burgundy cardstock for the main card, adhering a piece of Pearl white paper to the whole front, then a piece of burgundy holey paper then mounting the stamped piece.
