This is another background where I used cotton balls and swiped color in a sweeping curved motion using (Violet, Bright Yellow Green Shade, Violet Tint & Permanent Green Tint). Wiped the cardstock with a  Kleenex tissue and then rubber stamped with a crackle Rollagraph stamp using gold stamp pad and Queen's Gold embossing powder.

Note: Did not use a fixative on this piece.

I cut out a rectangular window, creating a frame for my Calligraphic Peel Off word "Happy Anniversary" sold under the label of Elizabeth Craft Design. I attached it to a white Pearl paper and used some Micro Fine Glitter to add an accent on each letter. Mounted this to a deep tangerine color then onto a gold parchment cardstock. Put a couple notches, top & bottom so my fibers stay put. Used a Krylon  gold leafing pen to color the pair of silver hearts.
