I used Quietfire Design quote (Each of us) and Musical Notes stamp and Word Stamp "My Friend"

Cut the background paper into frame shapes with about 3mm between each frame. Mounted them to a Canson Essentials textured blue paper. Rubber stamped the quote using Versafine Vintage Sepia on a matching blue cardstock, then attached it to the background.

Rubber stamped the brown card repeatedly with the musical notes stamp using pigment ink and then thermal embossed with Queen's Gold embossing powder. Mounted the background assemblage to it. Rubber stamped the "My friend" on blue paper and cut out a free shaped heart and attached it to the card.

 
Background Image Wax Crayon Resist

Background Technique:

I ran a piece of Saunders Waterford 140# HP watercolor paper through my Cuttlebug using the Musical Notes embossing folder. While the paper was still in the folder, with the raised design facing me, I ran a wax resist crayon over all the high points. Removed it from the folder, and taped it to a solid surface. Sprayed the paper with water and dribbled, brushed the Ecolines all over it, then used the end of a bamboo skewer to add the gold Ecoline. Colors used were Turquoise Blue, Sepia and Gold.

PS I forgot to scan before I cut up my frames, so the lines you see are because I put it back together to take the scan. BIG GRIN.
