ID: Zutter FabWC_Dream (sold)
This cover is covered with a paste paper done on Arches Text Wove and the border and edges are done with Pan Pastels and set with Krylon workable fixative. The inside is the mat board color which is a light sage. I added a Pell Offs dragonfly and thermal embossed the word Dream with gold embossing powder.
