I keep hearing people like to read in the bathroom... So I though I'd make a booklet that is decorative and can hang on a pretty hook in a guest bathroom. Something that can be changed for the seasons, or decor or whenever.

I also wanted to make a booklet using my rectangle Nestabilities, and this little booklet was created exclusively with the "Long Classic Scalloped Rectangle" set.

I used Xerox Premium Inkjet 24# White paper. Cut a sheet in half and folded them, put them in the 4.25"h die, making sure my fold was just shy of the other cutting edge. I embossed them as well, one folded page at a time. I cut 6 folded pages.

The cover was done using the 6.25"h die, and a medium thick white heavy textured mulberry paper. Again I made sure the folded edge was shy of the other cutting edge. I also put it in the die again to get the height I wanted, making sure the scallops matched so I wouldn't get any distorted corners.

Most stamps used are from Quietfire Design which will be referenced from now on as QF and the stamp pad ink is Versafine unless otherwise mentioned. All pages were colored with Pan Pastels in various shades.

I rubber stamped the large QF Flourish all over the cover with "Crimson Red". I die cut a 4.25"h rectangle  from some decorated paper I had made a while ago. Rubber stamped the QF Raven with "Black Onyx" and the "Quote Marks" with "Vintage Sepia"
