There have been a couple book kits I've wanted to get from
Quietfire Design for quite a
while and I finally did. This is one of them. The instructions
are well written, easy to follow and just a pleasure from cover
to cover. Excellent diagrams and templates with all kind of
little notations so we don't have those "oop's" happening.
There are 9 signatures of 4 sheets of 8.5 x 11" paper folded in half to make 16 pages per signature for a total of 144 pages. Nice size journal, not too big and not too small, just right. You can find the kit here. The covers are made from book board and covered with a nice patterned distressed type paper. The pages are a nice quality paper that accept quite a few medias.
