Our challenge for our June 14th meeting is to try the next structure in the book - One Sheet Folds #26 Panorama Booklet from Hedi Kyle's "Art Of The Fold" book.
This is a fun structure and has a lot of potential...
I created this one from a light weight pink textured cardstock gifted to me by a friend. Pretty paper but doesn't crease/fold well. Cracks. So added Washi tape on all the folds...Finally getting to use some of my stash. I applied glue to the Washi tape since mine does not want to stay stuck...
Die cut the stars using Tim Holtz Sizzix "Swirling Stars" thinlits die.
Wrote
out the nursery rhyme on the upper section with a Micron pen in
a basic monoline.
Words: Star Light Star Bright First Star I See Tonight Wish I
May Wish I Might Have The Wish I Wish Tonight
On the bottom edge I wrote "Happy Birthday" in a large elongated lettering.
On the cover wrote the title with a Silver gel pen and adhered some of the die cut stars adding glitter.
