July 25, 2021 Our challenge for our August 10th meeting is to try the next structure in the book - Crown Book #15 or Crown Card #16 from Hedi Kyle's "Art Of The Fold" book. I don't think I've ever made this structure, but I really like it... this one is the crown book.

I used a black Canson Ingres paper for
the book cover and as per the instructions folding the cover
to create more sturdy cover. Used 1" folds and leftover
Geli print papers for decoration and the belt.
My black paper size was 19.5"w x 8"h

Wrote my text on Arches Textwove paper using a Zig Writer. Used a Micron pen for the 3D effect. Painted with QoR watercolors and lots of water... Words: Supercalifragalistic even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious. |

Used a square Teal brad to hold the belt. |
