This is another of those gorgeous new stamp I recently bought (Peddler's Pack Stampworks - Holly Leaves flourish). Needless to say the gilding doesn't show up very well. It's gorgeous in real life.

I rubber stamped the holly with Color Box Pheasant Gold pigment stamp pad and embossed with Magnolia (nice greenish color)) embossing powder onto cream toned cardstock. Used Jerry Tresser's size and composition gold leaf for the rectangle I created letting some of t he leaves fall outside the box. Embossed designs in with a very small stylus. Used red Stickles for the berries. Added one of my calligraphic Peel Offs for the sentiment. Cut out the design and rounded the corners and mounted it to a hunter green colored cardstock, also rounded corners.

NOTE: The  Peel Off above was released in February/08. It is one of my calligraphic word sentiments on the "Elizabeth Craft Design" labels. There are about 11 styles available at the moment with another couple coming out in early 2009. They come in four different colors (gold, silver, black, and white); "Thank You", "It's a Boy/It's a Girl", "You're Invited" Congratulations" "Happy Birthday & "Love", "Friends", "Thinking of You", "Xmas Seasonal", "Xmas" & Happy Anniversary"
