Ornament is created with multiple mini pieces of silver paper and blue/silver stars desgn paper folded into points which are then glued in a circular and overlapping pattern onto the silver paper. A white pearlized card stock is adhered over the resulting pattern and then adhered to the main white pearlized card. A thin silver thread borders the card.
