A mini watercolor  "Wishes" is painted with "H2o twinkles" watercolor paint on heavy watercolor type paper, green and purple gel pen lettering, faux deckle edged and the edge is then accented with green metallic marker and matching four faux brads. It is glued to a strip of vellum which was painted with acrylic inks & then glued to a blue streaky mulberry type paper, then glued to the main white card stock card.
