A mini watercolor  "Wishes" is painted with "H2o twinkles" watercolor paint on heavy watercolor type paper, gold gel pen lettering, faux deckle edged and the edge is then accented with blue metallic marker and matching four faux brads. It is glued to a strip of vellum  (black marker letters "birthday" then colored pencils, done on the reverse side of the vellum) & then glued to a white star embossed card stock rubbed with blue pearl-ex powders, then glued to the main white card stock card.
