This is the 8th day of the online watercolor for cards class.

I'm using one of the 10 tiny sentiment stamps from  Quietfire Design.

 Painting over stamped image with Dawn Woleslagle

Image stamped (Stampendous "Jumbo Hollyhocks") on to Arches HP 90# watercolor paper using Distress pad "Dried Marigold". Then "Mustard Seed" and some artist green watercolors and lots of wetness. "Seedless Preserves" as shadow background.

Stamped the text with Versafine Black Onyx.

Wrote in my word "Hollyhocks" using a 6.0 parallel pen and Sumi ink in a funky lettering style.

Trimmed the watercolor paper down by tearing it, then hitting the edges with the purple Distress pad and clear embossing. Adhered to a white side folded card.
