3 layer red card; the wording is gel roller pen in silver and outlined in black ink on red paper adhered to white card stock which has a punched out heart in each rounded corner and then adhered to the main card. A white doily was adhered to red card stock and cut close to the edge; holes were punched out to attach the gold ribbons so the heart hangs freely.
