White card stock with cut out window and burgundy shutters. The chickadees are painted onto parchment, decorative piercing is done, then a backing of variegated parchment is added for effect and adhered to the inside of the card. Decorative piercing is added to the main card as well, in this case the words "All the Best" and some tree branches.
