ID: Ron's 50th This was a batch of 65 invitation cards with addressed envelopes. I altered the coloring for each 50 to give it a more personalized look. I used white 110lb cardstock and my Score-It to make my folds (boy did that come in handy) I made a stencil out of a piece of plastic, then used various shades of Brilliance and Versa Mark Dew Drops stamp pads to color in the the number, then rubber stamped with a darker shade the texture (Old Island Rubber Stamps), then with the magnetic alphabet stamps and Permanent Black Ink the words "You're Invited", then clear embossed it. I rubber stamped the words (Sh! It's a Surprise" using Color Box Rainbow colors stamp pad. |
I computer generated the text both inside the card and on the colored tickets. I wanted to add some fun and color on the inside as well, so I used a bright aqua, green and yellow cardstock for the tickets. I absolutely LOVE my "Tall Ticket" punch "Quietfire Design". Never realized I was going to use it that quickly or punch that many (approx 190 tickets) , but it worked like a charm. I attached them with the gold photo corners so they are removable. I love the funky lettering I used "Curlz MT" |
This is a sample of what the envelope would look like. I computer generated the address, and rubber stamped the design (Quietfire Design - Checkerboard Corner) with Kaleidacolor "Desert Heat". |
