I used a piece of white cardstock and blocked off my squares. I painted them with twinkles H2o. I used various rubber stamp alphabets for the letters in black ink and clear embossed them. I added a confetti "Happy Birthday" in green, a metal love charm, a holograph heart and a red metallic heart. I wrapped a piece of red cardstock with rainbow ribbon and attached my blocked letter design. All this was then attached to a bright yellow cardstock.
