I used  a lightly ribbed cream cardstock and wrapped a rainbow ribbon around it. I stuck, embossed multi colored letters along the left side for the words "Happy Birthday" I mimicked the ribbon on a piece of watercolor paper with twinkles H2o then used a "Quietfire Design" rubber stamp "Letters Mingle Souls" in gold and gold embossing powder. I used a decorative edger then  highlighted the edge with a blue metallic brush pen. I then attached it to the ribbed cardstock with gold floral brads. I attached all this to a dark blue cardstock.
