I used  a white cardstock and rubber stamped a floral image. I marked off and outlined a square in black marker. I colored the  square image with twinkles H2o and then heavily embossed it with clear embossing powder. I wrote the words "Happy Birthday" in a funky lettering in black and outlined it with colored gel pens. I also outlined the card in black marker.
