I hand cut a stencil with 2 koi. On a piece of white cardstock I sponged on pigment ink in green, gold and salmon colors. I then put a layer of Dreamweaver translucent embossing paste and sprinkled a touch of white glitter. 

I cut a large circle in a deep turquoise and using a circle punch decorated the edge, mounted it onto a pale mint green. I edged the left side with some variegated ribbon then first mounted the koi onto salmon cardstock then onto the card.  I rubber stamped the words " Birthday Wishes" using a couple of different alphabet stamps in a rust color.
