I was in the mood to make a postage stamp...

On cream toned cardstock, stamped the poinsettia (Stacy Stamps #1047AA) with Versafine Black Onyx. I used Daniel Smith's Poinsettia Triad (Pyrrol red, Serpentine Genuine & Mayon Yellow). Dried thoroughly then put a nice layer of Distress Rock Candy, dried and sponged with Walnut Stain, wiped of excess with damp tissue. Trimmed it to fit my postage which I edged with the brown.

Main card is cream toned, sponged Walnut Stain and Aged Mahogany, dribbled water and dried. Adhered my postage stamp. Added the 59¢ using rub-ons.

Lettering done with Sumi ink and a pointed pen. It bled a bit - c'est la vie.
