I'm using another of the latest rubber quotes from Quietfire Design  "Invisible tears...". Hopefully I don't have to send it to anyone.

I'm also using a card structure I've done a very long time ago and that my friend re-introduced me to today - a revolving center card.

PS you can see the one I made right after this one HERE.

She had brought over this nice colored cardstock. She showed us how to make these pretty flowers from book pages, dye ink pads, then cut out in a scalloped circle (I was lazy and die cut mine with a Spellbinders scalloped circle die... all in one shot). I traded a few circles with my other friend who was here playing as well. So we had multi colored circles which made the flowers even more interesting. I layered 8 circles on top of each other and held them together with a colorful brad - which you can't see. Then starting with the first circle, scrunch it up tight, the scrunch the 2nd, and continue scrunching real tight till the end. Then carefully start to open the scrunched circles one layer at a time. We also gave a sprtiz of some Glimmer Mist. They're really pretty in real life.

I dry embossed the front with the D'Vine swirls embossing folder using my mallet to selectively emboss the area I needed.

Stamped my front quote (Friendship set from Quietfire Design) onto some green stationary paper and layered it onto the front of the flap, leaving a white border.

On the inside of the flap, I sponged some Distress (Scattered Straw & Peeled Paint).

I die cut a Spellbinders Heart, dry embossed it and then sponged some Fired Brick lightly all over and then stronger on the edges. Stamped my quote with Versafine Black onyx and adhered to the card.
