I love these techniques. Love the way this card turned out. This is Day 7 from the online classes and each day has been fabulous.

Stamped my image (Stampworks) with embossing ink on CP watercolor paper and embossed with white embossing powder. Colored with Tombow markers (pale green, rusty yellow, piney green and red) and used a waterbrush to move and add some color. Layered it onto a deep red cardstck.

Direct to Paper with Distress Peeled Paint on cream cardstock till well covered. Inked up my background stamp (Flourishes "Damask Bkgr'd") by rolling on a mix of Spring White acrylic paint & Jo Sonjas "Opal Dust", misting with water then stamping onto the Peeled Paint cardstock, pressing down firmly for a few minutes. Cut trimmed and layered it on to my main cream card. Layered the Holly & berries piece.

Wrote my sentiment with a Nikko G nib and Sumi ink, when dried, shadowed witha HB pencil. Layered this piece onto the red cardstock then onto the card. on the berries.
