I used the Spellbinder's Nestabilities Fleur de Lis die set and white cardstock putting them on the magnetic spacer mat. Sponged various blues with various intensities from  Kaleidacolor "Blue Breeze" & Distress "Blue Jeans". On the 2nd largest one I rubber stamped the medium sized flourish wings from plate #28 (Quietfire Design) with pigment ink and embossed with Detail Silver. Cut die cuts in half and used 3D foam tape to stack them.

I used a white 110# cardstock for my main card, adhered a very pale blue (almost white) edge to edge, then a printed dyed blue paper, then my assembly. Added a separate piece of the printed blue paper between the assemblies, which I added intensity of color with a Distress Blue Jeans pad. Dried it well, then rubber stamped the quote, also from Quietfire Design, with pigment ink and embossed with Detail Silver.

As a final touch I added various sized clear rhinestones.
