This is such a softly colored card that it's hard to scan. It uses another new Cuttlebug embossing folder, although this one I've seen around, just never got it till now. It's the Scroll Frame #37-1912.

I embossed it with my Cuttlebug, cut it close to the embossed lines, then used it as a stencil on the card, which of course colored the frame. I had used Pebbles Pearlescent chalks in browns and blues and some purple. Rubber stamped the quote (Quietfire Design)

Rubber stamped the left hand side with a Colorbox Molding Mat "Lava Lamp" using 3 colors of Colorbox pigment stamp pads - similar to the chalks, and clear embossed it. Lay a piece of gauzy blue rust toned ribbon overlapping the stamping. Rubber stamped the floral sprig (Stamp Barn #CFLR 324M) using Versafine Toffee, then coloring the flowers with watercolor pencils in a pink and ocean blue, using a water brush to move the color, then dabbing iridescent medium on them. Let dry.

Adhered the scroll frame to the card and then added very small half pearls to the centers of the flowers.
