This is one of my submissions for the Vamp Stamp Magazine for the December issue with the theme of "Xmas Cards".

I've been playing with brayering inks onto embossing folders. Lots of fun.

This one starts out with white 65# cardstock and uses the Xmas Ornament embossing folder #37-1899. The female side of the embossing folder was brayered with Perfect Medium, cardstock place in the folder, run through the Cuttlebug, cardstock removed and then thermal embossed with a mix of clear/Queen's Gold (about a ratio of 3 to 1).

I cut the design and adhered it to my main dark blue Textura card and put another white strip between them for my "Be Naughty" sentiment (Quietfire Design) stamped with Versafine Black Onyx and embossed with Stampendous Kaleidoscope. Added two thin strips of double sided Sookwang tape and Glitter Ritz Micro fine glitter "Dark Gold".

The ornament is a peel off design by Elizabeth Craft Designs. I put a piece of double sided tape onto a white cardstock, put another piece of tape under the cardstock. Removed the top release paper and placed my peel off onto the tape (both negative and positive using Peel Offs Magic Tape). I cut around my design, then started removing the peel off for the outline image filling the spaces with Bronze. I cleaned my ornament really well, making sure I didn't have any loose glitter. Removed the rest of the release paper and sprinkled some Rose, Royal Blue and Cool Highlights in the center, then merged and blended the colors and burnished well. Removed the back layer of release paper and adhered it to my card. Added a gold thread hanger.
