After watching Jeffrey Olson from Royal Talens on Texas Lettering For Holiday Projects use watercolors through a stencil on black paper I was in a mood to play...

Size: 5"w x 6.5"h

On Recollections black cardstock and using Daniel Smith Duo-chrome and Iridescent watercolors sponge the paint through a stencil. Let dry. 

Wrote out the words with a 3.0 Parallel pen and Sumi ink. Shadowed with a white gel pen. Trimmed down, adhered to a light blue cardstock then onto the dark blue card base. 

size: 5"w x 7"h

I used the scrap ends of the previous watercolor stenciling on black paper.

Adhered to a white card base.

Wrote in the words with a 3.0 Parallel pen and Sumi ink. Colored between the letters with Artistro extra fine pens. Added some punched out hearts.
