After watching Jeffrey Olson from Royal Talens on Texas Lettering For Holiday Projects use watercolors through a stencil on black paper I was in a mood to play...

On Recollections black cardstock and using Daniel Smith Duo-chrome and Iridescent watercolors sponge the paint through a stencil. Let dry. Wrote out the words with a 3.0 Parallel pen and Sumi ink. Shadowed with a white gel pen. Trimmed down, adhered to a light blue cardstock then onto the black card base.
