I saw similar leaves I think in some Zentangle post and wanted to do them in watercolors... I'm very pleased with the results.
On 1264 Fabriano 104# CP watercolor paper outlined my leaves with a Micron pen. Painted with QoR watercolors. Added 3 small rhinestones to mimic the dew drops.
Wrote the quote with a 2.4 Parallel pen and Sumi ink in Blackletter style.
