The heart with the swirls is something else I recently saw and wanted to mimic. The card I saw had the swirls over the whole card, I decided less is better... I also changed the look of the heart.

 

 

    
On Staples white 110# cardstock I drew my 2 hearts. I then applied gold leafing adhesive and 23kt gold leaf. I then tooled it with a small balled stylus over a piece of cellophane in a swirl design. I used a black Zig writer fir the background swirls.
