I came across a photo by Annette Wichman of a sunrise and was immediately  inspired to paint it...

on Strathmore Ready Cut watercolor paper painted the scene with QoR watercolors. Added the quote using a pointed nib in a Copperplate style using Holbien Permanent white gouache. Adhered to a side folded white card base
