It's rare I use scrapbook paper or pads...but I recently got some free pads from Joanna Sheen when ordering and this pad is from "Lisa Audit Pad#1". Really pretty pics inside. All the pics used are from 1 page in the pad.

I'm using a die "Birthday 2" and "Wishes" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE

I'm using a couple clear stamp sets from Quietfire Design. ("Love & Hearts Collection" 10pce set) & ("Happy Birthday Collection" 8pce set) both also available on Elizabeth Craft Designs HERE and HERE

Adhered a Sari variegated ribbon to the booklet card.

Cut various images from a Joanna Sheen "Lisa Audit Pad#1" Pad.

Die cut the "Birthday" from a Purple cardstock, Inked with Versafine Clair "Purple Delight" and embossed with Emerald Creek "Frosted Plum" embossing powder. Adhered to card front. 

On the inside: Adhered the accordion fold insert from white cardstock.

On the back of the cover page: Die cut the "Wishes" from a Purple cardstock, Inked with Versafine Clair "Purple Delight" and embossed with Emerald Creek "Frosted Plum" embossing powder. Adhered to card.

Stamped the quote using  the same inks and clear embossing. Die cut with Spellbinder's oval die set and sponged edges with Distress "Wilted Violet". adhered to card.

1st page of insert: adhered a piece of the pad image. Stamped the sentiment with the purple and clear embossed.

Page 3: Stamped the quote with the purple and clear embossed.

Fussy cut the bird image and adhered.

Page 4: Stamped the quote and candles with the purple and clear embossed. colored the candles with a Tombow marker.

On the inside flap: Adhered more items from the pad.

Last Page: Adhered another small image. Stamped the word "Celebrate" using the purple and clear embossed.

I left room for the signature on the last page and whatever sentiments someone wants to add on the back of the insert.
