I love these roses by Hit Of The Press...

I'm using a die "Happy Birthday Small") from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design ("The Best Thing") 

Scored and folded my dark green cardstock then cut with  Elizabeth Craft Designs "Stitched Ovals" die set. Cut another piece same size from white cardstock. Sponged with Distress "Mustard Seed" around the edges and adhered to card front.

Created a silhouette file of the roses (Hot Of The Press "W/C Roses") and cut from white cardstock. Stamped with Versafine Black Onyx. Colored with Prisma colored pencils and adhered to card front.

Stamped the quote using the black and clear embossed.

As a final touch added the rhinestone flourishes.

On the floor:

Cut a smaller oval with the die set and embossed with Cuttlebug Anna Griffin "Pavillon Rose". Sponged lightly with the yellow and adhered to card floor.

Die cut the "Happy Birthday" from green metallic cardstock (Hunkydory Marvellous Miri Pad "Delightful Darks"). Adhered to card floor. (PS I know marvellous is spelt wrong but that's what's on the paper pad...)

Adhered the narrow yellow satin ribbon to the floor with 3D tape to act as my stopper. Tied the bow and adhered that as well with 3D Foam tape.
