ID: Mar/19 - Easel Nouveau Rose Positive - ECD Be Bold - Let Your Dreams Soar - HB" card
size: 5"w x 7"H

Created: March 5, 2019

Suzanne just uploaded a bunch more Silhouette electronic files and I fell inlove with this rose... Needless to say I had to do something with it. PS my next post will be of the negative from this cut out. BIG GRIN Two card from one cut is my way of thinking.

I'm using a die "Be Bold" 4pce set  from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using a clear quote stamp ("Soar Collection" 8pce set) and ("Happy Birthday Collection" 8pce set) from Quietfire Design also available from Elizabeth Craft Designs HERE and HERE

As mentioned I'm using a Silhouette electronic file from Suzanne available on Silhouette onLine store. Click image to purchase.

Open my SCAL (Sure Cuts A Lot) software and the Nouveau Rose Lantern file. Ungouped and moved the rose onto my mat enlarging it quite a bit. Added a rectangle from my library around it and grouping everything. Cut from white cardstock. Inked the outline with Versafine Black Onyx and embossed with Emerald Creek Seth Apter Baked Velvet "Eclipse" embossing powder.

I had a bunch of alcohol decorated papers from a while back and cut the circle shape of the rose and the leaf shapes and adhered to back of outline. Adhered all this to mint green textured cardstock.

Scored and folded my white cardstock to create the easel structure. Cut a piece same size as card and adhered to card front. Adhered the green layer on top.

Die cut the "Be Bold" from DoCraft gold mirror cardstock. Adhered the "be" to card front' The bold word I adhered to a piece of the mint cardstock and added a picot edge then onto card front with 3D foam tape..

On the floor:

Stamped the various sentiments using the black, clear embossing them.

I had also electronically cut a small version of the rose from the white cardstock. Inked and embossed as above. Adhered to floor.

Cut a strip on the mint cardstock, scored along the length and adhered to floor to act as my stopper.
