And this is another theme I've been meaning to do for ages - Oriental. Haven't done one in I don't know how long...

I'm using one of the newest die "Happy Birthday" 2pce set and "Best Wishes" 2 pce set from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE 

I'm using a quote stamp I love... from Suzanne Cannon on Quietfire Design

("The Music In My Heart"); 

Scored and folded my light brown cardstock to create the easel structure. Cut a piece same size as card and adhered to front. Cut a piece of music scrapbook paper and adhered to front.

Dry embossed a piece of white cardstock using Cuttlebug "Mandarin Screen" embossing folder. Hit the high points lightly with various brown Distress pads. Trimmed down and adhered to card front.

Die cut a bunch of foliage from green alcohol decorated papers and some basic green cardstock (Memory Box "Bamboo" and "Fresh Foliage"). Adhered a couple sprigs to card front.

Stamped the Oriental Lady (Rubber Trouble "Asian Sheet #25-00) sing the black and clear embossed. Colored with Prisma colored pencils. Fussy cut around the lady and adhered to card front.

Stamped the Oriental sign for "Long Life" (Sunday International "East West Harmony") using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed fussy cut around image. Adhered to card front.

Stamped the quote using the black, clear embossed and die cut with Elizabeth Craft Designs "Stitched Rectangles". Sponged edges witha Distress brown pad. Adhered to card front.

On the floor:

Die cut the "Birthday Wishes" from a couple shades of lavender cardstock.

Dry embossed another Mandarin Screen and cut with a Spellbinder's circle die set. Adhered partially to floor to act as my stopper.

Adhered some of the foliage.
